Becky works with councils facing communication breakdown, both public and internal. Difficult personalities, officer–member tension and cultural fatigue. She combines human behaviour training, communication strategy and comedy to reduce defensiveness, expand empathy and shift culture from fear to function.

She teaches councillors, clerks and officers how to recognise psychological drivers in conflict, understand power dynamics and break long-standing behaviours of email aggression, public shaming, triangulation and disruptive meeting conduct. She also works with community engagement for councils that want a great relationship with their local community.
