In-person, online and hybrid training.
Council Culture training recognises that councils are governance bodies made up of human nervous systems operating under public pressure. Democratic structures are fixed. Human skills are not.
Our training strengthens the behavioural capacity of those working inside the system so they can lead safely, clearly and confidently. A little humour is often a part of our training.
A CPD certificate is available for each delegate.
