A clear instruction to one person can feel vague to another. A lively discussion can leave someone else struggling to find a way in. These differences can create frustration and unfair assumptions about people’s intentions.
This one-hour training explores ADHD, autism and the different ways people communicate, process information and respond to their working environment. We’ll consider individual experiences, including where ADHD and autism overlap. From emails and instructions to meetings and unexpected changes, you’ll explore practical ways to communicate clearly, check understanding and discuss what helps.
