In December 2024, I left my part-time communications manager role to free up time for two big things:
✨ more freelance training for town and parish councils (the requests were piling up), and
✨ finishing my counselling qualification.

Fast forward to now — I’m a qualified counsellor, and my council training sessions have exploded in demand. I’m proud to say I’ve worked with 22 councils and 13 council associations.

So… pulling up my big Bridget Jones pants, I decided it was time to make it official and set up Council Culture UK as a limited company.

To mark the launch, I thought about champagne and caviar 🍾🥂 … but as councils are spread across the UK, I’m celebrating with something more practical: a free online webinar.
